Actually the whole framing of this as part of Kenny’s personal ‘growth’ is a bit weird. Yes, he needs to demonstrate he’s learning and changing, but it comes off slightly aloof and insincere.
I guess there’s no great way to respond when you’re shown to be an abusive person.
