Love this one. ‘Swandive’ off the same e.p. is also amazing with those Bladerunner synths and awesome sound design. Like @jimvo said, breaking new ground when so much new jungle is just aping (admittedly wicked) ‘92-‘94 business.

He feels like a natural successor to Skanna or something.

That whole EP is pretty strong. I need to investigate more stuff.

I only know Werk as we cut our agency showreel to it…

New self released album. Gonna sound a bit tame after that Sully stuff

Doing a listening party at 9pm if anyone is really bored.

One for the Aphex Twin fans, Disco Pogo (which i think is an offshoot or reworking of Jockey Slut for the early noughties) brought out a hardcover Aphex Twin tribute book, it was retailing at £30. It just popped up on Amazon for me for just over 7 quid. Worth a punt at that price

Definitely, I paid £30 and was happy with that.

£7.25? Can see me sending that link to a few people today.

I ordered a copy, should be here tomorrow, I will report back

I couldn’t justify the 30 notes at the time, but that’s rude not to snap up at that price

Absolute bargain. I paid nearly a fiver postage too…

Nice one!

Nice one for the heads up. Bagged one. I’d been considering buying this anyway. Saved me a few quid there. Cheers!

Copped, cheers

Thank you. Been on the fence for a while on this…Just bought it.

I like this a lot.

They definitely could’ve put Doug E Fresh’s classic ‘The Show’ from ‘85 in there with the Edvard Grieg > Inspector Gadget > Bad Boys section.

£7, I would have paid £30, this is proper lush coffee table stuff

Plus on the flip you get this, pretty much every second has been sampled

Slick Rick on fine form on this.

I remember listening to this in like 2003, my brother’s friend had the aponymous album. I remember the place I listened to it for the first time. Later than it came out of course, would have been a late 90s album, but my brother got me into jungle and drum and bass. I’m seeing him later.
