Got the electric bill in £140 for 2 months not stoked. Realised my last meter reading didn’t get submitted. My bill was reduced to £20 once I’d submitted my latest reading! Pays off for being freezing lying in bed as long as possible!
This is what happens when you don’t question these fuckers. £120 out between late October to December.
Got three hours to do all my Xmas shopping and all I’ve managed to do after one hour is get angry and eat a burger. This is so bone

Wifes got Covid, the inlaws have cancelled having the kids so won’t get any free time before Christmas and have to shell out £1500 on a leaky roof because my old builders were pricks

Ahh shite. Coming to the end of loads of work on our house, it’s been painful, but could have been much worse I guess.
Also ill myself but LOADS of people are ill. I dare say it feels very covid-like physically but I don’t have any tests. I also feel like I’ve been kicked in the head by a horse.
Yeah I had covid a few weeks back, had a horrendous time, mother of all sore throats. Anyway managed to shift it except for a bit of a cough that kept lingering then at weekend it ramped up again and I’ve been feeling like absolute shite since then, not sleeping for coughing. Phoned the GP who gave me some antibiotics in case it’s a secondary infection from covid. Getting a bit bored of it all now though.

Last big deal of the year fell through last second. I shouldn’t moan because i’ve done alright work wise, but it still stings!

My son is ill as fuck about 5 days after recovering from being ill as fuck for 10 days straight. On antibiotics 4 times a day for the next 10 days now.
We kept him out of nursery to avoid this situation and he’s managed to catch something anyway from fuck knows where.
He’s just spewed all over me. Lost count of the amount of times I’ve had to mop up spew in the last few months.
Fuuuuuuck. Moan moan moan sorry but I just want a healthy family and peace and quiet! Merry fucking christmas.

Is it normal for 3 year olds to be ill basically every single fucking month. Wtf.
Ours had Scarlet Fever, Bronchiolitis and Chicken Pox in a 3 week period from mid Dec to early Jan during lockdown. That was a fun Christmas. It can happen. Does seem like absolutely everyone is ill at the moment though.

Covid has just robbed me of my sense of taste. I can cope with a lot of stuff but not being able to taste food is bumming me out
Fuck, probably one of the shittest times of the year to lose it as well! Christmas and BBQ season would super suck, for me anyway. Hope it comes back soon.
