Someone I know from school got publicly shamed on social media the other week for being a TERF and transphobic. He dressed as Harry Potter during a happy hardcore DJ set. Seems a bit ott to me haha.
That was all he did? Western society is so fucked now. Knee jerk everything.
World book day I bet hundreds of thousands of children are going to school as Harry Potter characters, army of transphobes the lot of them right?

Sleep problems earlier this week, then called out for work at half 9 last night when I needed an early night. Done by 1:30 but it’s wiped me out.

The boarding house in Exeter has closed its doors as a bricks and mortar. Tim sold the shop about 5 years ago and it never really felt the same after, none the less sad news for the Exeter scene.
ahh haven’t been in Exeter for years and years but they were decent back then. Some of the guys on their team locally were cool

Fucking retail park changed its rules and I got a £100 PCN for leaving the retail park but leaving my car parked there (all within their parking hour limit).
We have 2 retail parks side by side but separated by a road. Many of us park in one and do a shop whilst also waking over to the other retail park to shop then back again and leave .
The wankers at the one I got a PCN put a stop to that it seems, which is bat shit crazy and environmentally backwards . Having to drive and park up again - potentially waiting for a space, engine running etc etc when we can just walk less than 30 seconds .
Their signs have had a sticker added with this new rule and apparently it’s been on there for months but this is this first time I’ve been done for it . They have a guy watching the whole car park dishing out tickets.
What I want to know is do the parking company- euro car parks - have to issues a notice in advance of any changes ? Because I shop there regularly and there was no warning the rules would change . Seems like a right good trap.
I hope they do and when I appeal I’m going to ask them when the rules changed and if they didn’t give any advanced warning challenge them for entrapment.
Anyone know if this is a thing? I’ve been scouring the web but not really had any success.
I’ll be contacting the shops I went to and ask them how ridiculous this is and environmentally bad this looks for the retail park .
£100 for walking to another retail park is ludicrous
I had an issue with euro car parks before when I overstayed the 2 or 3 hour limit in a Tesco car park they ran. If I remember correctly I just ignored them and they went away, I think there is some sneaky rule where they don’t actually have any legal right to issue fines but just rely on people paying up to save the trouble.
Not a lawyer, not a solicitor, have a bad memory.

Write to them saying they have to prove you went to the other retail park, all they will have is some anpr possibly of your car coming in and leaving in the time you are allowed to. There is no way their little spy is keeping evidence on everyone in a car park and what shops they go to.

Just ignore it.
Unfortunately that used to be the case but now it can go against you . You used to be able to fuck it off but so many people were at it they changed the law a few years back and you’ll get a court summons

Whoever was running it made it seem like a bedroom company from afar.
The branding was fucking terrible.
Sad to see it go, but it seemed like a shadow of it’s former self. Used to love popping in when they were down on that corner and Tim was running it.

It was bought by one of the local bmxers dads, popped in the relocated shop a couple times but don’t think I bought anything. Sadly can’t see the online store sticking around too long.
