It’s Father’s Day in Australia and whilst the day started pretty well with a cooked breakfast in bed…. We are now in the midsts of a family dinner with my mother in law, my father in law and his Thai girlfriend.

Random shooting pain in my right heel since yesterday, like a trapped nerve. Been well out of sorts too, not tired so up most of the night. Struggling to do actual work. Very strange. Hopefully it’ll all pass soon.
Could it be plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendinitis? Been battling the latter for a year and it’s still not gone away. Sounds similar.
It is slightly different as I had the achillies one a few months back, this deep into the heel itself, like a sharp heel bruise. May have knocked and not noticed last Thursday. Nevermind.
Will try and skate on it tomorrow if I can and see what happens. Some of these things I just put down to being an old codger!
Could be insertional Achilles tendinitis. I had this and the pain is right at the root of the tendon in the heel. You need to do a different exercise to normal tendinitis. Ben Degros did a useful vid on it.
100% will be fasciitis - make a podiatrist appointment or it’ll never go on its own
Leaving at 7am to get a flight at 5pm to an airport that’s an hour away. Fucking French strikes, trains potentially running - then I have a 2.5hour walk to the airport.
Left already and pretty sure I need a shit with no option for toilet for a while

Yer but all the roads are blocked to get into the airport.
My lift share managed to get about 1.5km away from the airport and I haven’t shit myself so thats good.
Now building a weed promo (I was meant to build when I was back on Thursday but got pushed forward, fine by me I can work when the Mrs was working anyway and get holiday day back yesterday, and probably half a day today).
The Police won’t let you into the airport without a boarding pass hahahaha

Planes delayed and been at the airport since maybe 8am or some shit. Will miss my bus home. Anyone live near Stanstead hahaha.
I loved these films. Admittedly the format got a bit tired on the way to 4.. (I didn’t even know there was a 5).
I watched some of the first one again earlier in the year and it has most definitely dated.
