I’m not sure I’d put more than a fiver on it but that guy looks a hell of a lot like James Kilpatrick, a Brighton Level loc in the early/ mid 2000’s. Also, iirc, he was getting flowed stuff from Enuff at some point and every time I saw him he was wearing brown cords, so it kinda fits. I could be way off though.
Not doubting you in the slightest but a mate has told me it’s this guy. Not the same chap is it? Similar name.
