Just basic contractual shit innit. I had the wonderful task of trying to part time tm Lucien while running that shop and he was contracted by Supreme to only wear Supreme clothes and only ride Palace boards which was a ridiculous situation as Palace was in the process of becoming a facsimile of Supreme and were doing exactly the same thing. Lucien is being given all kinds of garms by Palace that he’s not even sposed to wear lol, and I am supposed to police it somehow. Lucien was just a kid hyped on all the garms so of course he’s gonna wear the Avirex jacket he just got given. I remember he came to the shop in the middle of this wearing some Slazenger shorts randomly. I was like I just give up Lol. The last straw I think was a Sleeze mag cover and they didn’t renew his contract which was better for everyone and a huge relief for me. I hated being in the middle of that shit

They seemed to squash it, there was a rad clip on Thrasher about them talking about it all. Let’s not forget Former was also Dylan’s venture so I would imagine Berle clearly being a Dylan fan would be stoked on Former. Nice to see a big name for to a newish smaller clothing brand too.
