I reckon if the door’s open they probably think somebody’s inside. Maybe that’s the secret; leave all your doors and windows open all the time.
It’s also 45 minute commute to central London so and about 3 miles from Heathrow so not even prime location.
No car on the drive though.
Ah… Good point.
Had to google it, not far from there!
600k!? Thats nearly twice what my 4 bed semi with a big garden cost with the same commute to Kings Cross!
The garage DOES have an electric car charger though and I rent my underground parking space to someone for £100 a month.
The place i’m buying is 100k cheaper and 3 x the square footage + garden.
where you moving to (if you don’t mind me being nosey)
Just outside Windsor. Wraysbury.
Spent 2 years in Windsor. Really nice place
I’ve been to the castle and legoland. Seems nice.
I bought my 3 bed Edwardian Semi for 124k, it’s probably worth 160k now but a quick google and similar would be 700-900k in London.
Swad prices are the best. I need to move back across the river.
Oh yeah think you mentioned that before, my memory is terrible
There’s a few nice walks around there. Walking down the long walk to the copper horse, and all around the Windsor park
fags/vape with beer - struggling to shake that and just stick with beer… meh!
am local to Windsor… thursday night sess happening at the local windsor park for a meet up
One of my chickens passed away last night. Died of old age. Quite a relief as she’d been really feeble for 2 days and knowing she was dying in her coop while I was at work was horrible. I’m gonna bury her tonight and I’m gonna cry and drink whisky but things will get better with time and tomorrow is another day.
On the plus side, Flo Marfaing, the absolute manual king, liked a manual I posted on Insta. Pretty ridiculous but somewhat cool I suppose. Whatever.
Sorry to hear that mate. Your chickens are awesome and I know how much you love them. I used to think they were really weird animals until my parents got some. They’re cool and great with kids
