@BDF has been creatively involved with the character profiles and I should be able to share a pilot episode in the next month or so
The full set and character designs will be finished next week
Have no idea what I’m doing but seems like a fun way to light money on fire and at least I can say I tried it

Log burner question.
I haven’t had a log on there for 3+ hours but there’s still a bit of burning in the embers. Just dots of red.
Can i just leave it die with the lever halfway out and go to bed? Or should i open the lever all the way up to try and get it to burn itself out as fast as possible?

Trying to remember what I used to do with mine, shut the door let a bit of air in and let it burn itself out I think.
Never had any issues whatever the fuck I was doing with it and I’m an idiot.
I hedged my bets and left the lever halfway. Seems to have burnt down nicely.

Animate what exactly? Amongst other stuff, my work has been featured in a film nominated for best animated feature in the Oscars. What I do may not be what you need but I could at least point you in the right direction.
You mentioned this before and you said you went with somebody from Fiverr. If you’re looking to scale it up, you’ll need help developing this properly!

Oh, I’m using a professional. I was looking for someone on fiverr for a proof of concept.
I’ve gone with a US guy who’s work I know and my series is a comedy based around a group of guys who play poker so the animator really needs to know how poker works for it to be good, which he does.
The style of the animation is a bit like Archer.
I’ll share it privately when episode 1 the pilot is finished.

Basically I was going to write a script and season 1 plot for a series. I was going to create an animated storyboard and pitch it for backing.
Then I decided it will work well as an animated show. So i’m doing that and releasing it on YouTube completely off my own back.
If it’s any good I’ll look for backing and take it from there.
