Lawrencium moved very close to mine (like half an hour by car) 6 or 7 years ago (?) or something, I sent him a few DMs and stuff but we never met. Or maybe we did and I had no idea it was him. I’ll never know I suppose.

Staying in Shoreditch Saturday night. What’s good to do?

It’s horrific, go somewhere else

I didn’t book the hotel

I mean, go outside of Shoreditch not stay somewhere else

Big fuck off bag of cans from Sainos and a pizza from Homeslice

Cottons for a jerk or curry goat, in fact loads of good food round there. Not much of a barfly these days, but Strongrooms not bad for a beer. Flashback records is good

Nice. Can’t find any good exhibitions and shit

Hayward is always good

Dishoom is amazing if you like Indian. Probably my favourite restaurant round there. Get the lamb and the black dahl.

Smokestak is great if you eat meat/BBQ, though not cheap.

Pizza East is still going, they do alright pizzas. For jazzier pizza go to Homeslice as mentioned.

Early pint at Commercial Tavern or Owl and Pussycat (only if it’s nice whether as you’ll be standing outside)

Check out Columbia Road market, but avoid Boxpark

Dishoom, yes

I thought Dishoom was massively overrated when I went but that may have been because so many people were bigging it up as a lifechanging experience and it wasn’t.

Dishoom is great, I like Mowgli too but not one near there.
You’re not that far from Dans le Noir, that’s fun.

Are any of you out of work and are competent video editors? I might have some work for the right person
