As for skate lessons - maybe you get a pass for that if you’re a little kid but if you’re an adult and you haven’t figured out that you just need to buy a skateboard and go out and work it out for yourself then I would suggest that you don’t really have it in you and you’d be best off not wasting your time and just take up something organised with rules that you have to follow.
Stating late means you don’t learn the importance of peer pressure. Such as… “Shuv it flips are shit. Stop doing them”.
Don’t ever want to see this will not watch any Hawk vs Wolf episodes ever again in case the algorithm catches me.
The ever popular Marc!
Back in the village now, £16 for two pints scared me.
Somewhere between Ladbroke Grove and Paddington?
he’s skateboarding’s Joe Rogan isn’t he. I realise this is likely to be far from the first comment asking this.
Did Jason Ellis ever really do much? I can’t think of anything that sets him apart from the Neal Hendrix’s and other late 90s vert pros of the world.
I think Joe’s got a bit more going for him
First person to do melon 540s? Did any other late 90’s vert pros get effectively kicked out of skateboarding for knocking about with trans hookers?
I guess so, in that he’s a bald, not particularly bright, MMA fighting comedian (of sorts).
He had that big fall once at the x games. Or was that someone else?
Jake Brown. Hang up, straight to the flat to shoes flying off? Although Ellis has slammed a tonne and KO’d himself so many times he probably holds the record for it.
ah yep yep.
I dunno but his 9 club is fucking jokes.
On a bit of a Daewon viewing this afternoon. When was the last time he let us see the top of his head? DVS Skate More is the Iast I’ve seen which was 2005ish and he had a magnificent mane.
Just remembered to report back that I saw a (wild / lost?) Goth in the middle of nowhere in Suffolk the day after you posted this.
I saw a semi-goth girl week before last but forgot. Not quite fully committed, however definitely around 75% there.
