Yeah daughter wanted something that is usually hundreds of pounds but she found something similar on there for £70 and said she’s be happy with that. Thank God! It was pretty decent quality too. Just used the app. That took a while to come mind.

It’s great for super specific tech stuff, like 20cm USB A to USB C cables in white with a right angled connector on, shit like that. Would normally cost fifteen quid but you can get it delivered for 3 quid (as long as you don’t mind the wait).
I use it to buy some DIY shit, like metal rulers and set squares are super cheap. I usually use aliexpress (except temu has slightly quicker delivery) and I’ve got a load of velcro cable straps, battery testers, soldering irons, cable crimpers. And also specific machine screws, cross dowel nuts (look them up!) and random furniture bolts that have gone missing in moves or whatever.

Ive heard on the grape vine that they want to start setting up warehouses in the uk to cut delivery time.
I do my best to avoid any of these massive bastards. Still get my shopping from tesco though.
This is the worry too, as well as getting the wrong size, colour, material and item. You do those stupid games on the Insta ads, and the thing comes up as £0.00, and all you have to do is instal the app to get the thing.
