New Balance 311 is the comfiest chiller I’ve had, they’re really thin and light and squishy, like sporty slippers.

Janoski Max with the mesh uppers are super comfy and light for summer wear.
Air Max Bruins also comfy and minimalist design - the all in one inner neoprene sock thing is great, don’t think they’re made any more.
Air Max 1 are always a good shout too.
Asics Kayano Evo feel great. Might be a little heavy for summer though - in my experience, Asics in general tend to be that bit softer underfoot than NB or Nikes

But that just highlights the weird reasons why people buy things. Why not buy a different colour if you like the look of it? Maybe it’s not important to make it look like you paid the most, bought from a specific place, need to look like part of the pack.
