Why have Lakai named shoes after English places like Manchester, Cambridge, Telford, etc? Is there a connection?

I think it makes Half Cab Pros look better.
It certainly doesn’t work on a lot of shoes, that’s for sure.

I’ve bought and then not worn Half Cabs because of it. The black ones there and a navy pair with black stitching.

Looking at this picture, I want them again. But I know what’ll happen.

Navy shoes with black stitching sounds horrible, but then again navy and black is almost always a bad idea.
