I’m almost ashamed to be typing this, but my friend (let’s call him Jimmy Google) just ‘told’ me that you can un-shrink (what?) them by warming them up - sun or hot water, etc - and wearing them over thick socks until they cool down again.
Now there’s a project for the bank holiday.
