Banging. Are they Pros?
Anyone else been surprised by a shoe they skated? I bought a pair of “I used to skate” etnies callicut LS on a whim about 3 years ago for like £20, and they were lost to the back of the cupboard till i found them recently, thought I’d give them a skate and tbh there pretty damn good! I’ve come from skating Adi matchcourts which are a very different shoe, but thoroughly enjoying the callicuts. Any other shoes people used that turned out nice to skate in, and not just good for putting the bins out?
Pros are done… its the new ‘Skate’ range that’s replaced pro, yeah! I’ve just got the black/white version and they’re much sturdier than Pros out of the box… I think I’ll have to wear 'em a bit before skating whereas I used to just skate Pros straight out of the box. Inner sole feels good.

I’ve had the complete opposite. I used to get Habitat shoes from Shiner for a bit, found a couple of pairs when we were moving stuff around a few years ago. Thin as paper, but the insoles are beautiful. I swap out all of the stock insoles from new shoes for Habitat insoles still.

Not sure if this goes in here or Not Stoked but no Swifts yet, were in transit for a week then have been returned to sender according to the DPD tracker. Anyone had issues with orders from the éS site? Ordered through the UK site but shoes were shipped from Amsterdam which I guess is their Euro head office.
The wait to experience their comfort levels continues!
Damn that sucks , never had a problem on the ES site and DPD have always message a day before to say they’re delivering and if you’re not in you can redirect it .

A DPD system error returned several orders apparently; all being well they should be sent back out again asap

Thanks for posting those, haven’t been in this thread for a while and it was going into a very dark place. I would happily never see another hospital shoe or retirement home sandal as long as I live.

also echo @Chopper never had an issue with the eS site or deliveries. must’ve ordered 10-15 pairs of shoes

I posted it up there but deleted it because DPD seem to have sorted it out in this case - but they are having issues with DPD and will offer to resend with UPS or refund if you contact them.

Cheers dude, yeah eS got back to me, just figuring out which path is quickest between resend of reorder/refund. Did you have the same/similar issue?
I don’t know to be honest. I would just take the path of least resistance…do nothing and let them sort it out

Is there any reason why the Bruin Reacts are nearly £90? I like them but I definitely don’t like them enough to spend that on them. Is there some mad tech involved that the pictures don’t pick up on?
