G6 cup with G6 insoles are heavenly for me. Saying that, I did like the éS Quattro as that has quite a nice foam midsole.

Love them , same sole at the es sal’s . Not to thick , feel the board and flex really well. With a pair of footprints in them they are lovely.
I have wide feet and these give/wear in perfect for them .

Interesting. They’ve only ever left me with discomfort.

my chillers are either accel slim or swifts. sole a bit too thin for skating imo

I get the heel issues , why I way use footprint insoles , I also have some half circle sections cut from old Tupperware tubs to bridge the honeycomb heel and stop it wearing into to the insoles .

Yeah you shouldn’t need to do this , but I do and it all works for me .

Need pics to believe this.

Tupperware where the what now

I’ve tried various plastics , but Tupperware/ microwaveable food container plastic doesn’t crack or split . Takes the impact .
It’s basically a thin layer to stop the honeycomb eating into the footprints making them last much longer and the shoe way more comfy to skate .

Lucky for me they’ve just reissued the first figgy shoe as well :heart_eyes::heart_eyes:

Aaaah I thought you meant like wrapped around the heel to stop it collapsing, or something. Makes sense now

Next year there’s a Figgy with a G6 cup, too. Looks so good.

Ah nice, will keep my eyes peeled. The figgy dose was good but took absolutely forever to wear in, lasted forever also mind

The way Steezus spoke in the first 30 seconds made me switch off. Too many big dawgs, homie and playbois for me.

A new Etnies shoe that’s undoubtedly quite good to skate in but nobody will buy, designed by Ryan Sheckler.

You’d think it looks better in black, but no.

White looks ok.

I think the black look quite good. They remind me of the original Swifts, which I prefer over the Swift 1.5 by a mile.

I like the black ones as well, nice to see Etnies do some unique designs which aren’t ugly.

It’s mad how much better those would be for your feet than something like Last Resorts. And yet

Gino Samba’s - very strange one. Look nice though.
