They’re not even a badly designed shoe, that’s just a terrible choice of differently coloured panels. Impressively bad stuff.

Usually, if a shoe gets posted in here and everyone thinks it’s a honker, I normally really like it and can’t understand why the consensus doesn’t. And vice-versa, a lot of you guys go mental for shoes that I think are absolute stank, like all those NBs that look like something people at Larry David’s golf club would wear, or some Emerica ten ton bricks in all black

How’s Nike doing financially in skateboarding? I had a reverie whilst watching their latest full length thinking a memo had gone around to all riders to deliver slid footage or get cut…
That and the thought that Nike bankroll a load of newer companies into existence.
I think they might have realised at some point that they are giving away more skateshoes than they sell.

I’d be interested to know, the demand for SB Dunks seems to have fallen off a cliff after having been incredibly popular and shooting up in price. I struggle to think of any models that don’t end up on sale racks now.
Maybe it’s still good marketing for the company as a whole, seems pretty wasteful from what I can tell though.

The Project BA helped usher in bigger shoes? Not sure about that one, it didn’t really sell for one and the only part that was even remotely thick about it was the sole.
