I don’t get the shape. Has Reynolds got a massive lump on the top of his foot before his toes start? If not then that’s just a weird baggy area.
I really like it, but it’s not something I’d wear. Looks like he did the Penny thing of repeatedly sending a boot to the design team except instead of a Timberland it was a techy Columbia or Salomon hiking/trail running mid top.
That does really look like a Penny 2 to be fair! Dunno where I got the idea of it being a Timberland from.
Reynolds has probably seen this.
Everybody thinks it was a Timb, nothing to worry about.

The serrated edge on that panel, and the holes, are well golf. Spikes in the wrong place for a proper golf shoe though. They’re normally on the bottom, I believe.

buckle on the side is perfect for either skateboarding or golf.
I zoomed into the pic and the buckle is actually attached with velcro!
