The look like a fake Matchcourt. One of those eBay fakes where it’s a mash-up of a couple of different things, even down to the stripe.
I would never wear those Gilbert high tops, but at least they look a bit different from the rest. Good or bad!
They’d be fine with normal length trousers but with half mast they’ll look bonkers.

Those Gilbert’s would look sick with polka dot socks and some 3/4 shorts, maybe a dope volcom belt buckle or something too
