Why are there petitions for neighboring boroughs?
Interesting to see Hammersmith and Fulham getting more traction than Kensington and Chelsea. Could this have anything to do with the local wealth of the area?
That said, having grown up and lived in Kensington and Chelsea, there really aren’t many spots that I remember? Almost everywhere has mad security or high fences. Perhaps a proper skatepark could do some good.
Anyone remember Slick Willie’s on Kensington High Street?

Too late if these are already underway but for reference there are official govt petitions for every borough and if you get enough sigs they have to give an official response. Bit more legit in the eyes of the council.
You also have to be a resident of that area to sign them which adds more weight
Tangent, I’ve only ever driven through Kensington and Chelsea, one thing i noticed is how lots of the houses appear to be empty (no lights on at night)

There’s a simple answer to that: the majority of residents in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are lizards, and have evolved night vision.
