I didn’t like Elijah Berle’s output that much.
My top most enjoyable output this year was:
Westgate.
Alex Ramirez.
Durao.
Greyson Fletcher.
Deedz.
Foy.
Special mention for Andy Anderson.
Berle/Foy/Tiago…feel I’ve seen it all before but I enjoyed Foy’s down flat back up rail so putting him in my list for that…and he’s fucking sick obviously. Can’t bet against Foy but it’s gonna be Berle surely?
It’s gonna be Berle for sure, Thrasher are really pushing him.
Foy deserves it far more in my opinion.
Anyway, my SOTY is Riley Pavey for taking the piss at Street League, or Alexis Ramirez for being super productive and dope with zero filler in any of his parts. He’s quite the underdog though, there’s no way Burnett is giving him the trophy.

Completely agree though. Dude has been ripping for too long now and is completely slept on by the industry.
Yeah such a shame to see some really average yet trendy skaters getting proper shoe deals and colourways when he doesn’t even have a proper shoe sponsor!
It was would so stinking if it was Berle. I didn’t even think his parts were that impressive compared to Foy and Tiago. He just does gnarly 5050s in bad fitting trousers. It also looks quite desperate copying Miles Silvas by going to SF and hitting the same rail for his ender.
If Berle is getting it (as it appears he is) then I’d say Foy or Hoban are objectively gnarlier and more deserving in his ‘bracket’ (yuck).
Maybe let’s have a death match between those three on a massive rail to decide it

Jhanka Gonzales was way more gnarly than Berle and much better style .
