Apparently they lost a few billion in the last week so this will likely be part of the damage control and they probably hoped to sneak out the u-turn on kimmel. Sadly not even Star Wars can hide that clusterfuck

Mando and Grogu, felt like an hour too long. If they had cut it up in to a new season it would have been great, as a stand alone film, meh.
Doesnât add anything or take away from the Star Wars universe. They played it very safe and forgettable.
Jabba the Huttâs son, Rotta talking fluent English with an American accent was very off putting.
Itâs the same old - someone else suddenly flys in from nowhere to save the day when all looks lost BS ending. Like The Rise of Skywalker. Very lazy.
