Notts at that time was so fucking good. I do wish there were some decent ledges there but nowhere had ledges then. Huge spates of alternating Notts and Brum at weekends were the most memorable times for me. Straight to Market square, wander up the road to various red brick banks then back down to Broadmarsh then train home. Glorious. The ampitheatre was fun but I did prefer Notts before that appeared. Watching Shipman on 720 and then skating the square was a buzz.
