We had an unexpected snowday here in Cumbria yesterday, took the little-un sledding.

Lots of snow in London today! Stoked, we never get proper snow. Dog hates it though, he just did his morning craps and ran straight back to the door lol.

My little niece is out on her snowboard for the first time, wish we could go visit.

Ulverston about half of the Furness peninsula was covered, barrow didnā€™t get much so that saw a load of people travelling up. About 3 crashes that morning one end d up on its lid.

Still plenty on the low hills around Lancaster but nothing in townā€¦ The lake district mountains look absolutely lush & all white across the bay.

I work near Penrith so when I drive to work I get a good view of the fells. My mum lives at the Buddhist temple in Ulverston.

Itā€™s lovely down there at the temple priory woods, often go for walks down there to the beach.

Yeh itā€™s nice down there. The temple is nice if you get a chance to look around. They make a lot of the statues there as well.

Last handful of times Iā€™ve tried skating have been pretty miserable due to bad weather and/or badly judging that ā€œOh, I bet that spot is dry.ā€

But today I had my first proper skate in a month, made even better by finding* a new wallride spot.

*walked past it hundreds of times and never clocked it until today.
