Stoked!

Saw it in Glasgow last week. Guest list came with free drink tokens and I didn’t even use them all because the show was so good.

Driving to work listening to Radio 3 this morning and heard this Brahms Voilin Concerto - stoked!
See if you can place it too.

Nope. Film or sample?

Is it Rodney from rubbish heap?

Nope. You need to listen to the Brahms piece for a bit. One of the most celebrated parts and lines of all time.

Correct! I was so hyped when I heard it on the radio

Bravo. I don’t know that part well enough to get that.

Comments say its in There Will Be Blood too

I’m more of a Classic FMer.

Wasn’t sure where to put this but the lead singer iirc used to post on the OG Sidewalk forum as Ginonix.
The band is great and they’re reforming apparently

Was it jean-o-nicks or gin-onniks

Second one.
Tom I think his name was - used to do a regular quiz on the forum. I think @buildafire might know him.

They did a show for one of the early MIFs in Manchester where they had some cars etc to skate before

Great band, shame it didn’t last

Slap back.

A few years back I took the line "I got pistols, pills, acid, bomb, crank, crystallized coke and lines, I don’t give a fuck…” and did a load of animations with it - that particular part of the Korupt tune uses the same sample in the build-up… (Covid themed as it seemed like a mean list of things to stockpile)

Randomly met ginonix in Manchester.

Might have fanned out.

For his posts more than his musical success
