Iāve been trying to channel my inner Ryan Lay and do long lines when Iām alone in a park lately. Puts me in the zone and gets me very close to a state of meditation, feels sooo good. Proper dopamine booster. Got a long (well, long for me) line yesterday, it was extremely satisfying. Now I just want to do a longer one. And I will.

Not long got back from a sick weekend away at Joxaās. Lovely introduction to Norwich powered by bakes, brews and bowls! That Heartease bowl is a proper treat to skate. More of this please.

Just realised itās been 3 years since I stopped drinking. Started just before my daughter was born, thinking it would be a temporary thing to help me get through the chaos of a new arrival, and never went back.

I think my back might be in a place where I can skate again. Itās still a bit sore but some ibuprofen and stretching will sort it out.
