Free milk is great though. I remember at Betfair there was basically an unlimited supply, you could just go grab a carton from the fridge and drink it all for yourself.
Most places only give you enough for tea/coffee and people give you the frownies if you get greedy and use it for cereal.
I guess the days of communal milk are over now.
You have to pay for coffee here, 0.23 ā¬ a cup. No free milk either, thatās 0.06 ā¬.
AND it only fills to around 75% of the mug. Those idiots in their suits think I havenāt noticed.
I feel privileged weāve got filtered machines on all our sites. Ground coffee, milk, sugar etc. When itās running low the cleaner/general maintenance person has some more. When it was a BBC site they had scones and cakes made by the cooks.

Only issue is its down the Bay which is the other side of town so its going to be a long sweaty skate to get there or a horrible intense drive with super expensive parking at the end of it.

Honestly wait until you see the book. Tom at Santa Rosa is the only photo in the whole thing Iāve seen, and thatās by no means a highlight. The unseen shots of Keenan, Pepe, Harold and literally everybody that made 90s skating so good make it worth whatever it costs.
And rather than be all, āThis one took Guy two attempts and it was sunny that dayā heās got other people telling the stories.
Itās what a skateboard book should be. Itās brilliant.

Woo hoo! I just came here to post my first threadā¦well, not really a thread, just wanted to know if anyone knew when the book would finally surface. Ordered mine back in April and pretty much forgot about it until a couple of weeks ago.I couldnāt get anything out of where I ordered it from . I guess that serves me right for using Book Depository and not giving my custom to Nick at Palomino or Slam or wherever else. Same goes for not getting the skate shop limited edition. Still thatās great news, cheers Build.
Skated yesterday and today, learnt two new tricks, cooked good food, did not drink much booze, drew some shit. Great weekend.

Took my Mk2 Fiesta to a matey to get some welding done, so it feels good to finally stop sitting on my hands and saying Iām going to get it sorted.
It takes a big 'ol at side of tācar for me to do it, but itās a step forward nonetheless.

Not too bad actually. My mate who I just took my car to, mentioned that there is one site that sells Ford approved parts, so albeit pricier theyāre at least pukka ones.
I did buy a new N/S front wing off Midnight Panels and it was a cheap enough price.
Good shift then upgraded the chicken coop with a new roof. Got some stickers I made through the post and Iām well stoked on them. Now having a pale ale listening to mellow music while itās pissing it down outside. Iām feeling inspired and have a few tricks I want to learn in mind. Yes.

Saw some friends tonight that I havenāt seen since February. Really great to have a few pints and some human contact and temporarily feel that everything is normalā¦ even if we did get kicked out at 10pm
Had a great one this week. New student from Shanghai came through, we had a big language barrier but I put on the Grosso Love Letter to China and we had a laugh together.
