From fairly early on Saturday he was a complete mess. Running around on the course during people’s runs, generally being a nuisance. Too trashed to skate his run, eventually got ushered out of the building
I really like AA’s obsessive-ness over skating. It makes me feel better about my own OCD about tricks. He talks about skating in a similar way to Rodney. He might be a total nerd but he’s good and has his own style, really refreshing. My only gripe against him is the amount of braille, NKA, revive type videos he shows up in

They’re YouTube channels for the younger generation. My 8 year old is a little skate rat and loves it all. Basically a bunch of guys doing skate related crap

There is a time and place to be a pissed up idiot though. Maybe not infront of your peers who have travelled long distances to enter the comp, as they want to take part in it. Trying to derail something Tampa have put a lot of their own time and money into organising too.

I actually found it all amusing.
When 5 people are skating your run etc I dunno, breaks up the monotony.
Nyjah still got gold. Skateboarding still wins.

Tampa pro isn’t street
League or the Olympics, it’s a long running skate comp that has always got out of hand at times. It’s a gathering and a party with a competition, just look at the antics outside with the school bus . Rad as fuck .
We probably have short memories and are getting old fogie syndrome cos pioneer and radlands comps back in the day were full of chaos and wasters ( Pritchard pancho for starters)
It was a little annoying manchild was being a dick but refreshing to know there’s still that chaos and as usual it was handled well by the Tampa organisers especially as they were telling manchild there was a free bar lol . Not exactly helping

Sean Sheffey riding a bike around the course, Pritchard running around with his knob out, Mike V smashing up a car at G97 (aargh), yeah all the fun goes down, but never while people are taking runs, trying to progress, there has always been some sort of respect.

There were plenty moments at pioneer comps where the welsh lot were interrupting thier mates runs .

I think a pioneer comp in '95 is a bit different. I’m a massive Girl/Choc fan but Manchild does annoy, that Lakai advert, Someone making a bit of a fool of themselves once in a while being drunk is funny, not every time theres a premier or comp, every time!
Maybe I just don’t fined yoofs discovering beer as fun as most.
Haha yeah, at the end of the day it really doesn’t affect me, not like I was in the comp, haha.
