The origin of his first board graphic clue was the clincher for me.
Yeah same for me, I remember the advert.
And then the punching bag clue was the confirmation. The Think clue was a real curveball at the start

The Think clue got the skater onto my radar as a potential, as I remember a very early advert with him.
I wonder how long they would have had to keep going to get to a infamous Big Brother interview clue.

Good pod so far!
Just finished it, great pod and some really interesting topics of conversation brought up. He was fairly free to put some slightly controversial stories out there but also I felt like he kept a fair bit to himself as well. I think I’d agree that certain people just shouldn’t have their own documentary as it’s better to keep some mystery.
With any Bunt episode I’m very glad not to hear the line ‘I’m not a big sports guy’ at the start, not that I particualrly care if someone is into sports or not, just bored of hearing that particular phrase!

Carroll next up, should be fun.
Has Carroll dropped a new shoe or something? He seems to be everywhere at the moment?
He’s probably just taking up all the offers that he’s had hanging for a while, now that he doesn’t have much else going on.

Sadly Carroll episode was painful, can tell he’s not an interview guy and felt like there was some delay on the connection. The Bunt guys questions on industry politics and people getting on/off didn’t help the awkwardness, felt like a bit of a misjudgement don’t know what they were expecting him to say
The Rapid Fire geek outs were nice though
Oh nice didn’t know that was out, I’ll give it a go. Not all pods in general work out well, maybe this just wasn’t good timing.

I enjoyed it.
I get what he’s trying to say most of the time, but he doesn’t tend to offer definitive answers, and won’t speak on behalf of other people. He just offers thoughts and perspectives of his own and he clearly doubts his own opinion. That’s pretty normal I think? Seems cool.

Yeah he came across well, maybe painful was a bit of a strong word but just felt he wasn’t the guy to ask those sort of industry questions and the whole Biebel topic
