The Continually Updated Footage Thread

This is how I felt but i’m special and couldn’t articulate it.

he seemed pretty young and is a different type of skater from the other youngsters coming through on choco. solid move imo

Eh? How is this guy playing to 90s nostalgia at all? It’s all massive grey concrete double sets and handrails and crap unrecognisable style, his clothes aren’t even ‘90s’. Complete antithesis to what made early Chocolate so great in the 90s

Chocolate need to pick up some tasteful, stylish ledge guys

I’ve said it before, but Louie Lopez is who they need to pick up. Absolute joy to watch him skate.

Also: Tom Asta

Yeah for sure

Louie definitely skates some big stairs/ rails but balances well with a lot more creative stuff

Yes, this guy isn’t very '90s. But the company is. Was just wondering if they could regain some relevance through that. Having a young, productive team would also help.

I really enjoyed that Hakeem footy, nice change to the usual Choc am tbh

Fs shuv boardslide hollywood 16 is fucking nuts, such a gnarly trick on anything i think

Sascha Daley part is absolutely bonkers.

Leftfield collaboration between Dublin skate video maestro Niall O Byrne and composer / former sponsored skater Sam Perkin.

They’ve managed to pull off a live performance of the soundtrack for the full version of this in Dublin’s National Concert Hall in a couple of weeks, which is a pretty big deal for all concerned!

I swore on numerous occasions while watching that. Incredible stuff.

Exactly that, super regs.

That LeBron move… Ooofffff.

That was wicked

QS top 10s are always rad, really good breakdown of not-to-be-missed tricks over the past week you might have missed

I listened to the Sean Pablo episode of the Bunt and he called out Tom Asta for having horrible style. Not sure if Sean and I are watching he same person, but I think Tom has a wicked style. Graceful yet solid.

And, arguably, much more natural than Sean’s early forced style

The 360 flip down the double set is one of the most stylish I’ve seen in quite a while IMO, been back a few times specifically for that trick.
