The BMXicans go mad on it too!
Jesus Christ that was gnarly
I’m sure it’s completely fine falling into that muddy stagnant festival mud after 3 days of non stop drinking
I like the way Suomi Bob runs with the board in his hand.
There’s some cool shit in here. He’s good. Never met him but that Followed thing made him seem nice. Previously, I’d never really got the hype but it sounds like he got ridiculously good and then fell deep into the party immediately which might explain my lack of memory of him I suppose.
“A Body of Work”?
Humility is dead.
Kickflip backlip over the love seat was bonkers though. Still - title violation.
Self props after a Nollie back 180, lol
Seen Suomi Bob a couple times in the past couple months. Always looked like he partied night before. He’s still got skills tho
Had to google who that was but first result is his insta and says he’s alcohol free for 2 years now. So that’s really good.
If you want to give yourself a new lease of life, this is the way.
Fair play getting a trick at that last spot. Tried to skate there a couple of times and it’s always ended with the people in the flats chucking glass bottles or water at us. Absolute fuckers. Gnarly area of town too so you know there are some reprobates ready to go
My Friend Who Died is now live!
The response so far has been quite overwhelming. It got an incredible applause and cheers at the cinema on Saturday. Really looking forward to hearing what you all think. Much love x
A lovely tribute, both the film and the park, had me reaching for the Kleenex all the way through. Big shout out.
Thank you mate!
What a lovely thing to do for your friend. It’s wonderful when people help keep someones memory alive.
Heard this on a podcast the other day (The Sober Stretch), from the film Coco there are three types of death. The day you die, the day of your funeral and the very last time someone speaks your name. What you’ve done is extend the last one.
Coco really hit me. At the premiere on Saturday it was wonderful to see Jamie’s family react to his face and his voice. His rendition of Evergreen at the end was the icing on the cake to me.
My phone has been going off constantly today. I’ve had so many positive and moving messages, and even a phone call from a friend I’ve not seen or spoken to for years… turns out we’re going for food on Monday night to reconnect.
I’m so proud of it.
