Yeah I thought the vid was incredible and am definitely gonna watch it again. The Slap Pals weren’t hyped on it for some reason, found it bland. Haters gonna hate.
I wish super tours and demos would be a thing again. Demos are always interesting. I don’t even really care aout the hammers but I love seeing how big names warm up, find lines and adapt to a new park and all that.

There’s a bit of an anti-big team NB consensus on there - following GH I think. Whatever. Different demographic - I love all their super team vibe.

We did okayish last year on that front - I think there are more planned for 2026
I was thinking about this. I’m not sure who the mastermind is (Seb?) behind thr curation of the NB team but they’ve done an amazing job. They have all the bases covered. A couple of things that stood out to me were the overall appreciation demo crowds have for reynolds’ fs flips, and getting to witness jimmy wilkins kill a ramp something proper.
It feels like the overall vibe and connections between the riders is genuine. The vans europe team is similar. I dont get that vibe with adidas and nike who have truly huge teams.

I shouldn’t complain though, the only pro I saw doing a demo here in 15 years was Penny, last year in Geneva, and that was a day I’ll never forget.

Seeing those sort of crowds at a demo was rad. I always loved tour videos, watched Super Champion Funzone directly after watching the NB video and had forgot how fun it was.
