Looking like the second hand end of life Indy’s I had as a kid.
They look like those awful navigator trucks that were about in the early 2000s. The hanger was suppsed to force you to grind in the centre of the truck. I dont know why. There was a pair knocking around the office at rollersnakes at the time and no one would toch them with a barge pole. (And we were stinkers from Derby)

The Gullwing Pro 3 dip in the middle was to lock into grinds on pool coping. Probably didn’t really work. Certainly was just a hindrance when it came to anything else - with perhaps the exception of Jersey barriers.
