I thought ep3 of TLOU was a bit too slow. I can see them potentially rushing through a lot on the later episodes this season, depending on how they choose to tell the story and move timelines around.

Fuck me the last two eps of TLOU have been so boring since Joel died. Kinda don’t really give a fuck about the relationship between Ellie and Dina. They’re focusing too hard on it. It’s so meh.

I’m still having a hard time understanding why I still sat through it after Ellie found a spotless Martin guitar and treated us to a complete rendition of Take On Me, but I guess that was all the run up to a good old fashioned fingering

Anyone watched the devils plan on netflix?
Feels like s. Korean propaganda promoting their superior problem solving skills. I get a kick out of the scheming side of it because I find it hard to even follow the rules of the games they play.
Watched the latest episode last night. Such a fun series and the addition of Toby Jones has only cemented that fact

The storyline changes have really let the series down. They’ve completely neglected the relentless rage that Ellie has in the game, and her desire for revenge. I’m really not sure why it’s “the Dina show”?
To completely ditch the breadcrumb trail that Ellie and Dina go on to find the various people responsible for that thing is mad. Bad writing and bad directing.
That’s another gripe I have with it. EVERYTHING is spotless and crisp, whoever was in charge of wardrobe and art direction needs to step aside. I have a hard time believing that you wouldn’t be covered in blood/mud/dirt/shit/piss from crawling through an underground tunnel!
The game is actually fantastic, this series is a real let down.
Makes Andor look even better than it already is.
I feel a bit like they pay a bit too much respect to the game fans at times. Too much fan service. You can respect source material and still not have to do the astronaut scene or the aha.
Oh, I 100% agree. Except in this instance it’s like someone’s hacked away a lot of things that make sense and carry the characters and story forward.

Thought the latest episode was much better. Maybe because Pedro was back in it. More enjoyable for me.
agreed, Bella Ramsey is a good actress, but she can’t carry that series herself, they needed to divert from the game story and do something else.
series is fine and she is a good actress, but that goofy face she pulled with the space helmet on was testing me.
the actress playing Dina is great so if they made it all about her i wouldn’t be mad.
