Big ole Joy Division documentary promo poster I got for a tenner. Has a backing print except for the white bits so I think it’s designed for a light box. Plus some rubbish kids books (no character development, no subtext etc)

Desperately trying to find a dry place to play (yesterday, :grimacing:).

Spent more time brooming then the rain ran down the hill and puddled me out.

This reminds me of OG North Walsham skate spot, the Punk Tunnel. On reflection, it’s hard to see what was so punk about a curb under a flyover.

when I first saw this geezer walking across the room I thought it was a mouse

Was waiting for kids to drop off in bed the other day and heard what I thought was scrunched up paper unfurling in a paper bag next to me, turned out it was just a fuck off massive spider walking down the paper bag

He was a big bugger, there was a falconer there with various birds of prey putting a show on. Highlights were a buzzard trying to eat a local magpie and peregrine he recently adopted that was still training on a fly lead which immediately flew off getting tangled in brambles across an active rail line, was interesting listening to bird facts from a bush punctuated by the occasional “ooh fuck” “Ow” and a screeching eagle.

End of holiday, back home by 1pm. Could do with a skate but 300 miles towing a caravan is hard work, almost ran a lorry off the motorway by accident. Gingerly apologised with my hazards

Lovely. We stayed in a small cottage (in Blaich on the edge Loch Eil) and drove up to Eilien Donan Castle, then up to Kyle of Lochalsh, across to Skye then just about made the last car ferry from Armadale back to Mallaig in the evening. That was some spirited driving, so they say…

I do think a trip up with the caravan is past due, but the kids will probably moan haha.
