I was there with some mates waiting for a train to Philly or Boston once and a woman who was wearing white jeans and had clearly shat herself walked across the hall looking equally aggressive and confident. I suppose she was properly fucked up on drugs and/or had serious mental health issues. It was kinda crazy to see.

There are, like in most big cities, sadly, yeah.
I saw so many people killing themselves with fentanyl in SF last summer, and I bet half of them are dead now. It’s pretty terrifying.
