We can always hope Mike has enough left in him to merk Jake once and for all, although the rumours are they sign contracts agreeing not to beat up the YouTubers too much and/or let them win. Can’t really blame those involved, it’s the dickheads buying it that create the demand. I’d let Mike or Jake knock my head off for 7-8 figures too.

I can’t see this as anything other than a WWF type staged contest. Anything else and I’d expect Mike to gas out very quickly. Age aside, let’s not forget he was a coke addict / alcoholic for decades.
I think his stock would suffer less than Fury’s did. Nobody expected Ngannou to be able to do anything against him and looked decent in defeat. AJ’s not been actually good for absolutely ages. Still expect him to be much better than Ngannou but the perceived gulf in ability and style favouritism is nowhere near as wide as it should’ve been for the Fury fight.
As for Paul/Tyson, get Mike back on the old sherbet and gassing won’t be a problem.
To take the fight more seriously than it deserves; I don’t think Paul gets enough credit for some cool, old-school stuff he does technique wise because of the surrounding circus. Stuff like that shouldn’t be an issue for Tyson, and power is the last thing to go but he’s old as shit. Genuinely a little bit intriguing, even though a fixed outcome is indeed the most likely.
Amazing UFC card tomorrow night as well, properly stacked in a way that will definitely be a detriment to UFC 300. Jack Della Madalena vs Gilbert Burns and Petr Yan vs Song Yadong the picks of the bunch, but there’s quality all the way through.
