Yep,I daren’t talk to my family who live in KY, OH and TN about this election. They seem like such kind and reasonable people, but I don’t think we’d see eye to eye on this subject…this and the existence of god

Pretty sure Trump can demand a recount because it’s within 1%. That may be futile but it could drag it out a bit longer, which seems to be his aim at the moment

I’m really starting to wonder what Trump will do after he goes. Will he try and stay in politics somehow but without the presidency which he pretty much lucked into he’s got nothing has he? He isn’t smart enough to win any debates where he can’t just shout over people. Can’t see him just disappearing either.

Haha… can you imagine the inauguration? Past presidents have to go but most of the time it’s cool, they did their two terms and left. Trump having to be there knowing he just got kicked out of the White House is going to sting! Massive crowds too, unlike his!
I wonder if he would actually get the nod from the party for that? Or if they’d think that Pence or someone might be a better bet.
Be interesting to see how he reacts affter the initial tantrums.

He’s built the cult of Trump now, I’m sure most people’s allegiance is more to him than the party. If he can maintain that, he’ll be their best shot next time

I think there’s more people would just never vote for the Democrats and still voted Republican in spite of Trump rather than because of him. I think he may just end up being divisive for the Republicans. But he won’t care. Ideal really.
He’s super keen for a trade deal because he likes that we’re going to need a hard Irish border. Another wall! But Biden isn’t so keen on walls, so isn’t wanting a UK/US trade deal.
Also fully expecting Trump 2024 to start campaigning soon. Whether it’s Donald or Ivanka in front.
This is definitely not the outcome that our lot were hoping for. Over to them to say how they’re going to deliver some US trade deal when Biden’s already said that he thinks brexit is fucking stupid and we’re at the back of the queue.
