Such a great console at the time, apart from all that noise and the red ring of death.
Ive only just found out that Marcus and Bender from futurama have the same voice actor.
Oh mad, I’ve only just found out too
I had two fail
The new Arc Raiders update is great. Played like 6 hours today and burned through about 200k trying to do the new frigate map haha.
Being unemployed I’ll be putting some solid hours into this.
Star Wars Galactic Racer is free to play (kinda) if you have an Amazon Prime account
It’s alright at best, a bit like a Wipeout clone with a Star Wars skin and no good soundtrack

Has it not got John Williams-esque swoopy strings, staccato flutes and parping brass? That’s normally one of my favourite bits about Star Wars games as a whole.
Why haven’t you added me!
I played a lot this weekend!
You on Xbox? Whats your username?

Just completed Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve. Absolutely incredible, a proper videogame.

Sorry dude, haven’t been on since Friday.
If I get on tonight I’ll try adding you. Need to use my Emperor key cards!
I have a few to use as well
Saw a short of this the other day. The classic game Elite (only played it once or twice at a mate’s as a kid in the 80s, but it was a massive wireframe trading / shooting space game) was coded in 22kb. So it didn’t have to save loads of stuff it had an algo which created a new universe every time with different planets and names etc.
22kb
Haven’t watched this long version but it was from this

Elite was elite. Bought a zx spectrum about 15 years ago, and Manic Miner, Jet Set Willy, the Dizzy games and Elite still held there own. Surprised Manic Miner has never had a proper top tier remake. It’d be well good.

I often think this myself.
Haven’t tried it but the Sinclair Research feed on threads posted a link to a ‘New ZX Spectrum emulator for Windows’ earlier..
Might have to have a look later.
