Damn Mush, that’s shite.
I am finally going to see a musculoskeletal specialist in the next couple of weeks or so. This past few weeks have been pretty shit with leg pain.
I’m 41
It was a recent visit to the doctors when the increasing levels of intense pain were becoming too much.
Went for x-rays, revisited to discuss the findings and arthritis is the verdict.
They’ve referred me to physio.
I’m not sure how physio will help since the movement that I do have is not smooth and is very limited. Shall see I suppose.

yeah once im warmed up im good to go. though if i skate one day and try to skate the next day my pop is definitely diminished. it means if im planning a big skate somewhere awesome i need to not really skate the day before which is annoying as hell
Yeah i’m fine skating painwise unless I stretch funny but it still feels like it’s working at a low %.
It’s after and the following days when it’s just constant throbbing in various places.
Has been about a year and a half since ankle surgery and the fact that another bad twist could set me back to square one seriously kills any kind of skate boner

I’m 37. I skated with a bunch of old farts last night and I was somehow the youngest one, which hadn’t happened in a really long time as I usually skate with people who are half my age! The only difference between teenagers and skaters in their 40s is that teens do bonelesses to be cool while old farts feel embarrassed to do them but do them anyway. Haha.
Ha no I’m not Dan, but he would definitely be about the same age as Ronny

There are clearly no young people on here.
38 and these days I skate once a week… sometimes more and occasionally less… going for a skate now whilst the family are still asleep.
42 and skate as much a I can, normally every day.
Unless weather is rubbish or I’m too injured.
@cleam.clackers Dan’s a bit older than me ha ha. There was an impromptu old man morning at Dev yesterday 5 - 40+ year olds such a good session
