The bar is at an angle and he’s doing a really big no comply out of the kerb kicker, which is rad and all but for the sake of it looking legit, he should somehow be trying to get over the bar fully.

He’s using that bump. My guess would be a no comply out of the bump and over the bike rack, but the angle of photo ends up highlighting that he isn’t going over anything.
