Thanks. Yeah I’ve tried these types but he is super fussy and won’t eat anything put in wet food, it’s like he knows by osmosis or something. I can use towels and force tablets down his throat but he hates that so much I have to take him to the vets to do it. The spot on ones are easiest I just was wondering if there’s anything less toxic cos can’t find anything online.
Currently travelling with my cat for the first time. I was a bit anxious because our last cat was the absolute worst. Even up the street was too much for her. Insta-shit and puke. Anyway, so far so good with this one.
I think at best they tolerate it
We used to have a guy who loved riding in the car. We tried letting him out of his basket on the way back from the vets just to see what would happen and he loved it. He’d just sit looking out of the windows taking it all in. So after that I’d sometimes take him for a bit of a drive around.

Thanks. He won’t eat stuff like this, he’s got some kind of stomach condition where he pukes up if he eats anything remotely rich or even just not his regular food. This is the only wet food he either can or will eat. I tried so many methods to get the worming tablets down and just gave up. I put the spot on flea stuff on him last week cos he’s basically living in the garden in this weather. He seemed to understand it was for the best
What if you tried up, rather than down… few goes of a tablet up the arse and he might change his tune.
