I saw this over the weekend - looks fun!

that does beg the question of why you were lurking around Pallion :joy: Good spot for sure though, gonna try pull a noseblunt in off the top, and maybe a wallie on off the pole as there’s a gap into it. You clock the banks down just by Costa too?

Haha! P’raps what I should have said was..

I saw you post this on Insta over the weekend - that spot, which is nowhere near where I lurk, looks fun!

Ah I get you now, if you’re ever up this way give me a shout for a spot tour. There’s oddly 3 pretty solid bank spots up in that area - the one above, the brick pyramid and the banks at costa:

years ago i’d be begging mates to drive up for that pyramid spot. I’d still love to skate it but would be gutting not being able to skate it like I would have done though ha

Looks so rad, is it a slappable curb on top? Fun times all round. I’m guessing it’s probably never closed though

@anon90826813 looks can be deceiving, no doubt it’s one of my favourite spots but those bricks aren’t too forgiving plus the pyramid itself is some sort of drain outlet? so it stinks 24/7.

The curb is level with the top of the bank but you can definitely get a grind on it, but yeah it’s open until 9 every night so it doesn’t get skated much unfortunately. Kinda wanna just barge it and get a mayday over the channel.

Ah I meant slappable from the other side, and then ride into the bank. So yeah, it’s rad! And yeah, if it’s a 9pm close then that’s annoying. Barge it!

It looks so good! I’d love to skate that.

ah yeah that’s definitely possible then, never thought about it that way. I thought it’d be kinda cool to nosemanny the little pad before then bash into a noseblunt pull in over it. Just gonna say fuck it and barge it this weekend and see what happens.

Been chased for skating so many times in Pallion haha. Knew that’s where the first spot was before you mentioned. There was an indoor skatepark called Blast in that same bit around 2004/5 that I learned to skate at.

Not shocked, still seems a bit rough up there - highlight of it is the metro back or that one building where someone sprayed GROVE STREET on the the roof. Blast was a bit before my time but had a few stories off Coyney about there and VertX.

If you’re ever visiting back here check the banks at Costa, solid spot. Would probably avoid Silky on a night now, got progressively worse over the years.

Wow Costa spot looks so sick!! Can pop in for a coffee after the sesh too haha

[Shite, don’t know how to embed properly]

Spent the last 2 summers making an edit down the local skatepark. 10 years exactly to the day since I made the first edit. Some people I never saw again since the first edit was made. Others are still my best friends. funny thing skateboarding eh.

We’re planning on making a 3rd one in 10 years if we can!
(Had to use Vimeo as YouTube doesn’t like OMD apparently)
