Been rinsing this guys videos recently, here’s another banger to remind of us what’s coming in January
It was complete-able on the GameBoy. It played a different tune and these Russian dancers came out.
This came through my YT feed and didn’t grab my attention at first - cheers for drawing attention to it.
I look forward to a Build with a good pile of RAD stuff (or similar).
One day, maybe.
Weirdly enough, I was at Skin’s last week and he managed to save an incredible amount of Transworld stuff during a publisher-change clear out. Original paste-up stuff, Blender drawings, test prints, all sorts of crazy stuff.
As well as still having the original slide or neg of everything he shot.
Im trying to think of a reply that’s more than just ‘wow’ or ‘cool’ but…
Wow. Cool!!
A very good explainer if like me you had little to no understanding of how Russell Brand got to where he is today (“career” wise… not legal wise).
This fits in here better than anywhere else seeing as it was a random Youtube recommendation. Just a few stills really but it captures a moment in time.
What did it used to be called?
Seems a bit shallow to show off a skate shop by only focusing on the board collection and none of the history of the shop or how it’s survived so long.
Got to the Ron Chatman Experience board with no comment. Unreliable narrator.
Slick Willie’s opened in 1970, and started selling skateboards in 1975. Surrey Skates was 1977 too.
