Safest bet is not to watch it, and instead rewatch his yeah right section and then try to hypnotise yourself into believing that after yeah right he decided to depart from professional skateboarding to focus on his degree, and then went on to have a nondescript mid level admin job working for the local council where he happily enjoys his work and has a nice family and can successfully complete mid range difficulty cross words

I watched it, quite enjoyed it but I think it was because he was over and experiencing something other than his home turf. Dude is sooooo fucking basic. Never used that term but itās the one that fits the most.

The food at the second venue wasnāt great either although I did get a chuckle out of the midway Scottish lunch of a can of tenants and a shot of whisky.

This bloke is quite horrible and fascinating.
Watched this a few months ago.
If you donāt know who he is, he had the viral freestyle line: āI take pills, ket. Sometimes I canāt get a boner!āā Alongside his feature in Conor charlesons intro to his cover version section.
He truly is an awful tramp and the kid making the ādocumentaryā is pretty awful but if you sit through the whole thing itās quite an amazing arc

Just to add, I used to follow him on insta after getting mildly fascinated with him and everytime I watched one of his insta liveās he would send the request for me to join the live.
Obviously I always bottled it and left the live immediately
God, that was such a random/awful encounter. We had no idea who he was. He said he lives in Chingford which possibly only adds to the hilarity.
Watching him and scanning that docā¦I really aligned with the one comment which was āThis reminds me of Bum Fights back in the 2kās where the homeless were taken advantage of for laughs.ā

Mostly just cocaine/booze fueled madness with a sprinkling of ADHD, didnāt seem particularly exploitative to me? Weāve all had nights out like that and we all know someone like Danny Cocaine!
Walking into a fishmonger and stealing a live crab was incredible.
Itās a pretty gnarly watch but more so because heās just abit of a nasty person that takes loads of drugs and bullies people.
I wouldnāt say heās being taken advantage of in that kids documentary.
It culminates in Danny cocaine stealing/strong arming the kid for his camera and then the kid remembers that Danny called his mums house phone from his (filmers) phone and rings her with his dad and threatens to press charges if he doesnāt get the camera back.
The kid and his dad then get the camera back and they part ways and the dad, although blurred out is visibly annoyed at his sonās idiocy to follow this nasty guy around for a weekend.
The other videos the kid made in his channel have no views and are just pretty awful- goes to anti trans rally and counter protest just to for the sake of being a nuisance to both sides.
Heās aiming for gonzo louis theroux but is just abit of a test that grew up in the tik tok era.
The danny cocaine thing is a pretty wild ride though, I found it depressing, but only because Dannyās life is depressing

But we are just gawping at someone who just seems to be very fucked up and the views or followers are all just egging him on to do more. To a certain level, I feel like that is exploitative. Because he probably just needs a fully funded NHS to exist and heād be on the road to dealing with hid trauma and addictions.

Totally agree that the film maker is a tosser. Sniggering behind the camera and egging his subject on whilst the dude is being openly homophobic, sexist, xenophobic etc. Then putting it all up on YouTube for entertainment. Awful.
We do all know someone like that. One was sectioned and is now in prison. A couple i totally lost touch with, no idea where they are. One last seen homeless. Oh and one died last year
