Watching now
I always like looking at the cars in these types of videos. Also - certainly for the UK - how much quieter it was on the roads.
I went to NY in ‘88 I think. Out and about with my dad’s mate who lived there. I don’t know how he managed this as a resident / tour guide but we ended up in harlem at nightfall. Was sketchy
Clever reworking of Aliens to make a movie trailer more catered to 2025
A few years ago at an old job we opened an office in New York and one of the manc guys moved over there. Within about a week he got smashed and ended up in Harlem, tried to buy some bags and got his suit trousers robbed. Walked home in his undies.

Weirdly skate-adjacent piss bottle mystery documentary… Enjoy
Long time I havnt been here, hope everyone is good.
After thinking about it for many years, with the help of @Londonskater I got the LoDown magazine video from 1997 ‘Super Lo8’ digitised and uploaded to YT
Like the magazine it has a mix of skate, snow, music and art and it stands up pretty well. As the name suggests a lot was filmed on film ![]()
I was a bit surprised to see it had never been uploaded by anyone else so enjoy a trip back to 1997
Big ups to Marok the founder of Lodown. Me and Kev were talking about how much work some of the graphic content would have been to do on the available editing equipment in 97
Enjoy…
