Covid

What’s the isolation rules where you are? 10 days drove me mad. I had to build some weird shit to skate in the garden for something to do

You have a GARDEN?!?

2 bed flat here. I think pretty standard isolation rules, will read up on it later.

What’s property prices like in Tallin?

I’m in Lithuania next week, expecting to freeze my tits off.

Cheapish. About 160 for our apartment, which we completely gutted. It’s in a really nice part of town though, close to the tech hub and old town. Airport 7 mins away :+1:

Nice, when your missus sells her company in 10 years you’ll own half the city.

My boss has woke up today with several Covid symptoms and his wife less severe symptoms. Both booked a PCR but instead of going home he has dropped her off here at work and is coming back to pick her up later.

Thick as fuck!!

I asked her what she was doing and she looked at me completely unaware she was doing anything wrong. We basically told her she has to go home straight away or the rest of us are.

Next level reatardness

I felt like I had a cold coming on two days ago. Went into the office yesterday after testing negative that morning.
I asked the other two who I share an office with if they were comfortable with me having a cold and sent the negative test photo to the group chat…they were fine with it.

Tested positive today before seeing my dad this morning. Messaged the two office folk to say I’d tested positive and wouldn’t be coming in.

I feel bad - one person has two weeks of work starting Saturday. Fully amazing job. If they get it, I’ve probably done them out of a lot of money. :grimacing:

Shit, not your fault though.

Hope your symptoms are chill.

Seems alright. Bit knackered. More so than usual. Otherwise, I just feel like I have a solid cold.

Second full day of the lads having it. He’s frustratingly absolutely fine. Everyone else is testing negative but we’re all basically waiting for the inevitable

Same ish situ here. We had daughter’s birthday party on Saturday when my parents were over. About 20 kids + parents invited to this big playroom. Wife has tested every day. But when her result came back positive on Monday she had to email all the parents who came at the weekend…the ramifications if she spread it on that day are huge, even though she tested every single day and her positive test came a day and a bit after. But you can only do what you can do :man_shrugging:

Waiting for PCR results today…

A study in JAMA which shows the link between increased rates of myocarditis and mRNA vaccines in the US from 12/20 to 08/21.

Myocarditis Cases Reported After mRNA-Based COVID-19 Vaccination in the US From December 2020 to August 2021 | Cardiology | JAMA | JAMA Network

This guy needs to fuck off tbh.

Yep… takes the vaccine themselves, then pedals anti-vaxx to other people. Selfish and dangerous.

for some perspective.

“354 100 845 mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines during the study period, there were 1991 reports of myocarditis to VAERS and 1626 of these reports met the case definition of myocarditis.”

0.00056227%. I wouldn’t worry

Are you like, some Reddit link bot that’s gained some form of sentience, broke out from Reddit and is now plaguing these forums? You never really engage and just post stuff with no context.
