i cant speak for that ledge fix product but assuming its the same as the evo-stik stuff, yes. sets like steel so it’s solid as fuck and you don’t notice any distinct change in texture or bump etc when grinding/sliding. says dries in 10 mins on the packaging, think we gave it an hour just to air on the side of caution. did ours 6 months ago, still in there with no chips, cracks etc.
Big boy body filler from screwfix does the trick
Tractor wheels!
52s, snap!
First thing you notice is how easy it is to put your bearings in!
The same size wheels and delivery by parents here too. Folks brought them back from the States for me. Bless ‘em.
58mm baby thank you @ParmoViolets
Random question to any tig welders amongst us.
Have you ever thought of cleaning up and applying high grade ally filler rod to worn out trucks ? Give them more life ?
Annoyingly the boss took the tig to another job and I’ll not know till it comes back into circulation.
I’m almost disappointed they didn’t come up with some kind of obscure alternative measurement for truck widths
0.00001217 fathoms wide and 1.811 hands tall (hi)
Yay another truck company, just what we needed
Bold move to market a truck toward a group of skaters notoriously fickle about their equipment.
Just realised they’re not really marketing them to the slappy brigade… regardless of the name… weird.
Where’s the allen key bolt to stop the kingpin falling out?
even bolder considering the general consensus for slappys (atleast what i’ve seen) is ace or indy, so it’s basically two tried and tested brands vs according to slap trucks produced by a generic manufacturer (SKATEBOARD TRUCK FACTORY). chance to be another lurpiv scenario.
I don’t understand how lurpiv are still going. Who is actually buying them
Didn’t they throw in the towel months ago with oski posting a video about it all on IG?
No clue. Its what I’d expect anyway
