When I was a grom it always used to bug me when the photo for a truck advert in Thrasher/Sidewalk/Transworld was someone doing a slide trick.

Bought some new Thunder hollow lites from the Palomino as have gone down a board size from 8.6 to 8.3. Looking forward to skating on these tonight or tomorrow.

Surprised. I went from normal Thunders those really light ones and it changed so much. I couldn’t kickflip, the weight was so off. I bought some standard Thunders on holiday and could kickflip normal again.
I may well be selling the light ones on.

It’s kinda weird innit? I have multiple sets of 149s and the regular ones almost feel better than the hollow ones when it comes to flip tricks, but that’s hard to say as I skate them on different shapes. Hhmmm…
Yeah, there was a difference in weight when you hold them both in the hand but not enough to warrant such affect. Normal trucks, flip comes up to feet and land and the hollow ones the feel just keeps rising but just disregards the feet and goes anywhere it feels like a helium balloon.

What Indys do you guys run on a 8.25 popsicle?
I have 144s on my 8.125 and 149s on my 8.4 but don’t know which ones I’d put on a 8.25 if I skated one. Hhmmm…
I’m on a Real 8.28” at the moment and am using 139. I’m certain this will be no help to you! 
FWIW I normally ride Polar 8.125”.
